What Cosori says

The Dual Basket 9-qt guide says “lower the temperature by 25°–50°F and cut the cooking time down by 20%.” The 26-qt Ceramic Air Fryer Oven book says 20% less time and 25 °F lower “on average”. Cosori’s blog suggests “15–25 degrees” and half the time for frozen and reheated food. The calculator uses the manuals’ 25–50 °F range — start at the gentler end. The Pro and Pro LE basket manuals give no rule.
